Operating area- Gola Block of Ramgarh
This year Agragati introduced  improved and advanced techniques of ‘machan culture vegetable production’ with the support of VB.Net. The technical training and guidance provided by the technical expert of VB.Net. During the year Agragati capacitated 4 number of farmers and demonstrated  4 unit of machan at Sosokala, Kustagarha, Maganpur and Hisimdag villages under Gola block. The purpose was to introduce improved and advanced techniques to the farmers in local areas. Generally farmers are growing cucumber, bitter gourd, louki, jhingi vegetables during rainy season without any support to the plant though some farmers are using branches of trees but not in proper way. As a result the production of such types of vegetables are very less and  not of good quality. So they are not getting right price and a large volume of products are wasted due to heavy rain and water logging.
After introducing these types of improved and advanced techniques the farmers growing quality  products and getting better price. They are also producing vegetables in short time using inter cropping under ‘machan’.
